For the second year running, the yacht Cool Wave, owned by Luis Rodriguez Puche, took Lanzarotes  Tomas Memorial Trophy by winning the Fundadores race and the regatta Barco del Sal. Pulpo Negro, Pedro Gil Rebollo, and CAF, Rosendo Zaragoza, were placed respectively in the second and third place overall in both races.
Organised by the Real Club Náutico, organised both races, Fundadores Trophy and Trophy Barco del Sal which total gives the result for the Lanzarote Tomas Trophy, and which this year again lie with Luis Rodriguez Puche and the crew of Cool Wave, of the RCR Alicante.
