More than 90 awards to more than 180 sailors and institutions were given, among which 17 members of the RCNT- team.
Sailing has been the big star of the festival, which was held on the waters of the Sailing Federation of the Valencia Sailing School with the presence of more than 500 visitors. Royal Navy vessel “Juan Carlos I of Valencia” has become a theme park, with sea baptisms, visits to the training ship Goleta Tirant I, trophies to more than 180 athletes and entities that stood out in their career in 2010 . During the party the 25th anniversary of the Federation was also celebrated and the choice of Valencia as European Capital of Sport was commemorated.
The event started around 10 am with an Open Day, where more than two dozen volunteers and individuals of the Municipal Valencia Sailing Federation and the Comunitat Valenciana have treated hundreds of visitors who were gathered at the Navy Vessel Juan Carlos I of Valencia, the sailing theme park in the Royal Marina Juan Carlos I
The exhibition has become a major theme park with the sport of sailing as an actor, where it has been possible to receive the first lessons in water sports, performing baptisms in the sea and sailing aboard the ships of the EMVV, view the videos which showed part of the history of the Federation, visit the training ship Tirant I of the Generalitat Valenciana, and socialize with the best sailors of the Comunitat Valenciana, while Team members prepared for the provincial Optimist training.

In the special nominations, the Federation gave a post mortem nominations to Augusto Brunet, friend, crew and navigator of EV Antipodes, who died in 2010.
